Where do you ship to/ from where do you ship?
At the moment, we focus mostly on the United States, Canada, Central America, South America, Australia, Asia, and New Zealand, but our attention will expand to the European territories as soon as we gain more traction.
We offer FREE Shipping. Also, there is NO sales tax. Hurray!
We use warehouses that are spread internationally across Asia and the United States. Being a small family-owned business based in Europe, we desire to keep the retail price at a minimum for our customers. Thus depending on your location, the delivery is made from the most convenient place so you can get the best shipping time at the least cost.
What are your shipping and processing times?
Our small team makes its best to compete in shipping times with large companies, w is why we are working with trustworthy partners to send your Doctor Miasma Order as soon as possible.

10 - 15 business daysIf the package will arrive at your destination after 60 days have passed since a tracking number is made available, we will gladly offer you a full refund or a re-ship at no cost.
Processing Times
Orders can sometimes take 3-5 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number, also feel free to use the tracking number provided and insert it in our TRACK ORDER page.If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. CONTACT US, and we'll fix it!
