We offer a refund policy that lasts 3 days which refers to the faulty devices or items that are damaged during the process of transportation to your address. If 3 days have passed since your order was delivered and we do not receive any info from your behalf we won’t be able to give you a refund or exchange.
In order for you to get a replacement or a refund, you will have to reach us by email posting us a couple of pictures/videos proving the faultiness of the product but not after the passing of these 3 days. Once your email is received and the pictures are inspected your replacement will be processed, and we will email further information. If the item is not in our stock at that time you will receive a full refund of the price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if I ordered the wrong size / my product does not fit?
At the moment, we do not offer the possibility to return an item. However, if the item you ordered is the wrong size, you have 15 days after the package is delivered to email us firstname.lastname@example.org and, we will be happy to offer you a reship for the right size if it's in stock or restore your amount paid as store credit. Shipping costs are not included.
All orders can be canceled/edited until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
